高频彩色多普勒超声引导下加压治疗股动脉穿刺后医源性假性动脉瘤的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下加压治疗股动脉穿刺后医源性假性动脉瘤的疗效。方法股动脉穿刺术后疑似医源性假性动脉瘤形成患者32例,男22例,女10例,年龄37~68(49±3)岁。在彩色多普勒血流显像的引导下,通过以瘘口为中心,沿股动脉长轴方向,持续加压15~20 min后放松,持续治疗的方法,观察假性动脉瘤的治疗疗效。结果29例(90%)患者加压治疗17~72(49±12)min后假性动脉瘤可见闭合,并于3、7、20 d后复查,均未见复发;3例再次治疗后超声检查假性动脉瘤内仍有分流,后交由临床采用其他治疗方法。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下加压治疗股动脉穿刺术后医源性假性动脉瘤有较高的诊断与治疗的临床价值。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of external compression treatment guided by color Doppler ultrasound in patients with postp-uncture femoral artery aneurysm.Methods Thirty-two patients with post-catheterization femoral artery pseudo-aneurysm were selected.The study group was comprised of 22 males and 10 females aged from 37 to 68 ( mean 49 ±3 ) .High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound-guided external compression continued 15-20 minutes centered on the fistula and along the macroaxis of femoral artery,and then loosened.The curative effect was observed.Results Twenty-nine of 32(90%)patients were cured by compression in 17-72(mean 49 ±12)minutes without recurrence in 3,7,20 days follow-up.Three case still showed femoral artery pseudo-aneurysm color flow shunt after re-treatment and were treated with other methods.Conclusions High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound-guided compression has high potential in diagnosis and treatment of post-puncture femoral artery pseudo-aneurysm.
