摘要
介绍一种基于Modbus协议的变频器功能扩展系统,该系统采用单片机和科大讯飞TTS语音模块为ABB变频器提供语音播报功能。作为一种应用广泛的电机控制装置,若能扩展语音播报功能将为其应用带来较大的便利。对Modbus协议、ABB变频器的Modbus-RTU通信功能及单片机语音播报系统的控制方式等进行了较详细的介绍。开发了一种基于ACS510变频器的语音播报系统,并给出了系统的详细设计方案,可为同类系统的设计及应用提供借鉴。
An inverter expansion system based on Modbus protocol is introduced, which is used to extend voice broadcast feature of inverter by using SCM and iFLYTEK TTS module. As a widely used motor control device, its voice broadcast function can bring greater convenience to application. The Modbus protocol and the ABB inverter communication functions for Modbus-RTU are described in detail, as well as the control method of SCM voice broadcast system. A voice broadcast system based on ACS510 inverter actual application is developed. The detailed schemes of the system are described, and the references for design and application of similar system are provided.
