溶度参数法提取补阳还五汤不同极性段成分群的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用溶度参数法分离提取补阳还五汤浸膏中不同极性段成分群,为建立适应中药复方特点的有效性研究方法提供新的思维方法和实验依据。方法选择正已烷、正已烷-正丁醇(1:1)、正丁醇、乙醇、甲醇、83%甲醇、68%甲醇、51%甲醇、34%甲醇、18%甲醇以及水11种不同溶度参数的溶剂获取补阳还五汤浸膏不同极性段有效成分群,并用反相HPLC考察各成分群指纹图谱特征及相似度评价。结果 11种不同溶度参数的溶剂可以分别提取分离得到补阳还五汤不同极性段成分群,且不同处理样品液指纹图谱相似度差异大,所含成分类别与含量也不同。结论溶度参数法能够应用于中药复方多成分的提取分离,为中药复方有效性研究提供了新的思路和实验基础。 Objective To obtain different polarity composition groups in Buyang Huanwu decoction with solubility parameter method, and to provide new ideas, methods and experimental basis for compound effectiveness research on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods Different polarity composition groups in Buyang Huanwu decoction were obtained by different solubility parameter solutions as n-hexane, n-hexane-n-butanol(1 :1), n-butanol, alcohol, methanol, 83% methanol, 68% methanol, 51% methanol, 34% methanol, 18% methanol and water, and their fingerprint characteristics and similarity were evaluated. Results The different polarity composition groups in Buyang Huanwu decoction were obtained by 11 solvents processing with different solubility parameters, and the fingerprint similarity between different processing samples was remarkably different, which showed different composition categories and content. Conclusion This study verifies that solubility parameter may be used in the Chinese herbal composition effectiveness research with many compound characteristics, and can provide new ideas and experimental basis for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
