摘要
将实际热网抽象为一个由"节点"和"区段"相互衔接而成的流体网络,在考虑疏水器疏水对热网水力工况影响的前提下,提出了一种基于环路平差流量调节的热网水力计算方法,进而采用面向对象技术开发了一套通用的工业蒸汽管网运行状态在线分析系统。该系统在上海化工园区热网的实际应用表明:提出的模型、算法以及所开发的软件系统具有优良的通用性和准确性。
An actual heating network was compared to an abstract network which was composed with"nodes"and"sections". Considering the influence of drainage,a hydraulic calculation method was presented based on basic loop adjustment by flow regulation,and a common online analysis software was developed with object oriented technology. The practical application in Shanghai chemical industrial park indicated that it was of excellent versatility and accuracy of the model,algorithm and software presented.
