摘要
采用无砝码标定的方法,实现了对水下称重传感器的标定,并且探究了围压对水下称重传感器的影响。水下称重传感器由于其特殊的使用工况,通常很难对其进行准确的标定。采用独特的加载机、高精度的数字式拉压传感器以及智能仪表所组成的加载校验系统解决了水下称重传感器的标定问题和围压的影响。采用曲线拟合法对所采集的数据进行实时处理。该水下标定系统具有易操作、稳定性好、精度高等特点,可以满足水下称重传感器的标定要求。
Use method of non-weight calibration to calibrate underwater load cell, and explore effect of confining pressure on underwater load cell. As special working condition, it's difficult to calibrate underwater load cell accurately. Using loading calibration system consists of special load machine, high-precision digital pull-pressure sensor and intelligent instrument, solve the problem of underwater load cell calibration and effect of confining pressure using method of curve fitting, process data in real-time. The calibration system has many advantages such as easy operation, good stability, high precision, and can meet requirements of underwater load cell calibration.
