摘要
目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)及核转录因子(NF-κB)在血清中的变化及在过敏性紫癜(HSP)发病机制和疾病进程中的作用。方法收集湖北医药学院附属随州医院及武汉协和医院皮肤科2012年11月至2013年4月36例经确诊的过敏性紫癜患者血清为实验组,收集40例同龄正常人血清为对照组,通过ELISA技术检测各样本血清中OPN及NF-κB水平。结果 OPN和NF-κB在过敏性紫癜患者外周血中的表达均显著高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且两者呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.05)。过敏性紫癜肾炎组OPN和NF-κB在患者血清中表达水平均显著高于无肾脏损害过敏性紫癜组(P<0.05)。OPN与24h尿蛋白定量变化呈显著正相关(r=0.402,P<0.05),NF-κB与24h尿蛋白定量变化无相关性(r=0.185,P>0.05)。结论 OPN和NF-κB可能参与了过敏性紫癜的发病过程,OPN可能参与过敏性紫癜患者肾脏的损伤。
Objective To explore the changes of pontin(OPN)and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)in the serum of patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP)and their role in the pathogenesis of this disease.Methods The levels of OPN and NF-κB in the serum were measured by ELISA in 36 patients who were diagnosed as having HSP between Dec.2012 and Apr.2013 in Wuhan Union Hospital,and in 40age-matched normal subjects.Results The expression levels of OPN and NF-κB in the serum of HSP patients were significantly higher than in the normal subjects(P0.05).There was a positive correlation between OPN and NF-κB in HSP patients(r=0.59,P0.05).The expression levels of OPN and NF-κB in the serum of patients with HSP complicated with nephritis were significantly higher than those in HSP patients without kidney damage(P0.05).There was a significantly positive correlation between OPN and 24-hour urinary protein excretion(r=0.402,P0.05)rather than between NF-κB and 24-hour urinary protein excretion(r=0.185,P0.05)in HSP patients.Conclusion OPN and NF-κB may be involved in the pathogenesis of HSP.OPN may take part in the renal damage in HSP.
