摘要
通过对园子沟煤矿煤质特征的分析和目标市场的调研,对"100~8 mm块煤采用重介浅槽分选"、"100~13 mm块煤采用重介浅槽,13~6 mm粒煤采用有压两产品重介旋流器分选"两种脱粉入洗工艺进行了技术经济比较,发现前者优势明显,其比选结果对动力煤洗选工艺选择有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the analysis of coal characteristics and the investigation of the target market , two kind of coal washing schemes, that the separation of 100~8mm lump coal using heavy medium shallow slot (scheme one), the separation of 100~13mm lump coal using heavy medium shallow slot and 13~6mm pea coal using heavy medium cyclone ( scheme two), were proposed.By technical and economic comparison , scheme one is better than scheme two .The result has certain reference significance for the selection of power coal washing process .
