摘要
目的构建既符合我国国情,又顺应国际发展趋势的护士患者安全胜任力框架,为在我国开展患者安全护理教育提供科学依据。方法通过文献研究和质性研究获得我国护士患者安全胜任力要素,在对国外患者安全胜任力进行有益借鉴的基础上,初步构建护士患者安全胜任力框架,并对其科学性、全面性、清晰性和可行性进行论证。结果通过两轮专家论证,最终构建完成了适用于我国执业前护士水平的护士患者安全胜任力框架,框架内容包括教育对象、护士患者安全认知与技能以及护士患者安全态度的各条目。结论护士患者安全胜任力框架符合我国护理实践发展需要,可为我国未来开展以患者安全胜任力为基础的患者安全护理教育提供借鉴。
Objective To develop the patient safety competencies framework for nurses which both con-forms to Chinese national conditions and international development trend,and would be applied as a scien-tific basis for patient safety education.Methods Literature review and qualitative research were adopted to obtain the patient safety competencies elements for nurses.A preliminary framework was built on the basis of beneficial reference to foreign patient safety competency,and demonstrate the scientific,comprehensive, clarity and feasibility of the framework.Results Through two rounds of experts demonstration,the patient safety competencies framework for pre-licensure nurses in China was constructed,which includes the rec-ognition,skills,and attitude for patient safety.Conclusion The patient safety competencies framework for nurses was suitable for the requirements of nursing practice development,which can provide guidance and reference for the competency-based patient safety nursing education in the future.
