摘要
使用顺酐加氢工艺制备的丁二酸酐为原料,与1,4-丁二醇通过开环法合成完全生物降解的聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)树脂。该工艺路线具有原料成本低,设备腐蚀性小,三废处理量少等优点。但是丁二酸酐中含有难以完全去除的杂质γ-丁内酯(GBL),该杂质会对PBS聚合中的酯化和缩聚过程带来不利的影响。试验通过调整催化剂用量消除了GBL对聚合反应的影响,并通过气相色谱、核磁和红外分析了GBL在PBS中的存在形式和含量。
Biodegradable polybutylene succinate (PBS) was synthesized by ring-opening reaction with suceinic anhydride produced by hydrogenation of maleic anhydride and 1, 4-butanediol as raw materials. This process had the advantages including low cost of materials, low corrosion on devices and small amounts of three wastes. However, the succinic anhydride had the impurity of T-butyrolactone (GBL) which could not be removed completely and thus had a negative impact on esterification and condensation in polymerization process of PBS. Through changing the amount of catalyst, the influence of GBL could be eliminated, and the existence form and content of GBL in PBS were analyzed by gas chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and infrared spectrum.
