摘要
经济新常态的一个重要特点是经济结构升级转型,而产业结构的升级优化无疑是经济结构升级转型的核心内容。本文以芜湖为标本,解读经济新常态对促进产业升级优化的意义分析产业发展的整体态势,产业升级优化中的具体问题,产业结构不甚理想的原因。分别从三次产业、产业内部及政府行为等视角,提出了促进芜湖产业优化升级的对策。
An important feature of the new economic normality is to require constant optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Article interpret the meaning of new economic norm to promote industrial upgrading, taking Wuhu as an example, describes its industrial upgrading the overall good momentum of development, analysis the specific problems in the process of industrial upgrading and industry internal structure is not very ideal, and respectively from three internal industry, industry and government behavior and so on several aspects, puts forward several countermeasures to promote industrial upgrading of Wuhu.
