摘要
利用等体积浸渍法对HZMS-5分子筛进行Zr改性制得不同Zr含量的HZSM-5分子筛,利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附和NH3-TPD等方法对Zr改性HZSM-5分子筛的结构和酸性进行表征,并在常压、500℃、甲醇重时空速3 h-1、甲醇与N2体积比1∶3的反应条件下考察了Zr含量对HZSM-5分子筛催化甲醇制丙烯性能的影响。XRD和N2吸附-脱附表征结果显示,Zr改性前后HZSM-5分子筛的晶型、孔分布及孔结构等均无明显变化。实验结果表明,适量的Zr改性可明显提高HZSM-5分子筛的弱酸量,从而提高丙烯选择性和丙烯/乙烯比值,降低C5+的选择性。当Zr含量为5.0%(w)时,HZSM-5分子筛具有最少的强酸量和适量的弱酸量,丙烯选择性最大,C5+选择性最低。
Zirconium modified HZSM-5 zeolites were prepared through impregnation and were characterized by means of XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD. The effects of zirconium content on their catalytic performances in methanol to propylene were investigated under the conditions of 500 ℃, WHSV 3 h^-1, V(methanol) : V(N2) 1 : 3 and atmospheric pressure. A suitable Zr dosage could significantly increase the weak acid sites, which could increase the selectivity to propene and the ratio propylene to ethylene, and decrease the selectivity to C5^+. At the Zr content 5.0% (w), the selectivity to propylene reached the maximum and the selectivity to C5^+ was the minimum.
