摘要
研究了不同添加量的N、Ce和Y对热作模具钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当N含量为0.06%或者Ce含量为0.03%时,模具钢的硬度和冲击韧度均分别达到最大。而Y含量为0.03%时模具钢的硬度和冲击韧度分别提高15%和97%,在此添加量下热作模具钢可以取得良好的强度与塑性结合。
The effect of the different-content N, Ce and Y on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the hot-work die steel was investigated. The results show that both the hardness and impact toughness of the die steel are maximal when N content is 0.06% or Ce content is 0.03%. The hardness and impact toughness of the die steel increase by 15% and 97% respectively when Y content is 0.03%, thus the die steel presents optimal combination of strength and plasticity at the 0.03%Y content.
