摘要
针对布置在软弱岩层中的矿井大巷受底板岩层软弱和积水泥化作用影响,上覆岩层应力通过两帮作用在底板上,极易造成底板鼓起的难题。通过分析坪上煤矿井下运输大巷底鼓原因,提出了在底板铺设钢筋网、底梁、锚索并对顶帮进行加固的组合锚注加固技术,使顶帮和底板支护形成有机的整体,减少了大巷维修量,取得了良好的效果。
Main mining roadways in soft strata are susceptible to the influence of soft floor and mudding. The stress of overlying strata on floor is likely to cause floor heave through two sides. On the analysis of the floor heave of the main haulage roadway in Pingshang Mine, the study proposed a composite bolt-grouting reinforcement technology by laying steel mesh, bottom beams, and anchor on the floor and by reinforcing the roof and two walls, which could integrate the support for the roof, side walls and floor. The technology could reduce the amount of maintenance, which has achieved ideal effects.
