摘要
堤防工程安全评价是水利工程安全评价的重要内容之一,针对目前水利行业缺乏相关技术标准的现状,为了提高堤防工程安全评价工作的可操作性,从基本资料要求、设计洪(潮)水面线确定、堤顶高程复核计算、防洪安全评价结论以及防洪(潮)标准提高地区的防洪安全评价结论等方面对堤防工程防洪安全评价问题进行探讨,并给出了相应的建议,可供堤防工程防洪安全评价参考。
The flood control safety evaluation of levee engineering is one of the important contents of safety evaluation of water con‐servancy engineering .According to the present situation of the water conservancy industry without related technique standards ,and in order to improve the operability of flood control safety evaluation of levee engineering ,some problems are discussed in this paper , from the basic data requirement and the determination of design flood or tide water surface level ,the check calculation of levee top el‐evation and the conclusion of flood control safety evaluation ,etc .Meanwhile ,some suggestions are given in this paper ,which can be used as reference for the flood control safety evaluation of levee engineering .
