摘要
目的分析彩色多普勒超声对诊断早期乳腺癌的临床价值。方法选取2011年1月~2014年12月进行治疗的经手术病理证实为早期乳腺癌的92例患者,分为A组（30例）、B组（30例）、C组（32例）,A组术前行乳腺X线钼靶摄片检查,B组术前行彩色多普勒超声检查,C组术前行乳腺X线钼靶摄片和彩色多普勒超声联合检查。结果 A组诊断准确率为70%,B组诊断准确率为73.33%,C组诊断准确率为93.75%,三组比较,A、B两组间无明显差异,P〉0.05,无统计学意义;C组诊断准确率显著高于A、B两组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论乳腺X线钼靶摄片和彩色多普勒超声均是早期乳腺癌诊断的可靠手段,两种方法联合诊断可提高诊断准确率,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of early stage breast cancer. Methods From 2011 January to 2014 December,92 cases with early breast cancer（ confirmed by operation and pathology） were treated in Hunnan District Central Hospital, they were randomly divided into A group （30 cases）, B group （30 cases）, and C group （32 cases） ;Group A underwent breast X -ray mammography examination, B group ex- amined by color Doppler ultrasonography, and C group underwent breast molybdenum target X -ray photograph jointed with color Doppler ultrasound. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate was respectively 70% , 73.33% ,and 93.75% in group A, group B and group C ;There were no significant difference between the group A and B, P 〉 0. 05, the difference has no statistical significance ; the correct diagnostic rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A, and B, P 〈 0. 05,the difference has statistical significance. Conclusions Breast X - ray mammography and color Doppler ultra- sonography both are the reliable means for early diagnosis of breast cancer diagnosis;The joint application of the two methods can improve the accuracy of diagnosis, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
