摘要
目的探讨幽门螺杆菌与真菌及双菌种感染在胃癌、胃溃疡中的病理诊断意义。方法选取2010年1月-2013年12月收治的胃癌、胃溃疡患者300例为研究对象,经胃镜采集的胃黏膜标本,福尔马林固定,采用常规的石蜡切片,HE染色及Giemsa染色,进行病理学检查;分别计算幽门螺杆菌、真菌及双菌种在胃癌、胃溃疡患者中的检出率,并将两组检出率进行统计比较。结果胃溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌、真菌及双菌种的检出率分别为68.0%、56.3%和51.2%,胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌、真菌及双菌种的检出率分别为60.4%、35.2%和34.4%;其中,胃癌患者真菌及双菌种检出率明显低于胃溃疡患者,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌、胃溃疡患者经病理学研究发现,体内的幽门螺杆菌、真菌及双菌种的感染率较高,尤其是胃溃疡患者,此方法为今后诊断、治疗胃溃疡、胃癌提供准确的检测,值得临床参考借鉴。
OBJECTIVE To explore the significance of pathological diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infections ,fun‐gal infections ,and dual species infections in patients with gastric cancer or gastric ulcer .METHODS A total of 300 patients with gastric cancer or gastric ulcer who were treated from Jan 2010 to Dec 2013 were recruited as the study objects ;the gastric mucosal specimens were collected from the gastroscopes ,fixed with formalin ,and stained with HE staining and Giemsa staining ,and the pathological examination was performed .The detection rates of H .pylori ,fungi ,and dual species in the patients with gastric cancer or gastric ulcer were determined ,and compared between the two groups .RESULTS The detection rate of H .pylori was 60 .4% in the patients with gas‐tric cancer ,significantly lower than 68 .0% in the patients with gastric ulcer ;the detection rate of fungi was 35 . 2% in the patient with gastric cancer ,significantly lower than 56 .3% in the patients with gastric ulcer;the detec‐tion rate of dual species was 34 .4% in the patients with gastric cancer ,significantly lower than 51 .2% in the pa‐tients with gastric ulcer（P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The pathological examination of the patients with gastric cancer or gastric ulcer indicates that the incidence of H .pylori ,fungal ,or dual species infections is high ,especially the patients with gastric ulcer .This method contributes to the accurate examination for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with gastric ulcer or gastric cancer ,worthy of the clinical reference .
