摘要
TOD模式是以公共交通站点为核心建立包括商业、居住等功能复合的中高密度社区，并依此原则在公共交通节点上发展，在区域层面上形成有序的网络状布局。本文分析了TOD模式在中国城市发展建设中的应用。
The TOD model is the medium-high density com-munity with composite functions taking the public transport-ation site as the core including the establishment of comm-ercial, residential and others, according to this principle in the development of public transport node, format the ordered net-work layout at the regional level. This paper analyzes the appl-ication of TOD mode in urban development and construction in china.
