摘要
保障性住房建设是国家重要的民生工程,其建设对于改善全国居民住房条件取得了较好的成效,同时保障性住房规划存在的问题也逐步凸显。研究从城市规划的角度论述了保障性住房规划融入"总规—控规—修规"的城乡规划编制体系的策略,以期借助"规划"这一工具来强化保障性住房规划体系,减少保障性住房建设可能出现的问题,并对保障性住房的建设管理提出相关建议,以及完善保障性住房管理机制的措施。
Af ordable housing is an important people’s life related project, and its development has both achievement and problems. The paper studies the integration of af ordable housing planning with master plan, regulatory plan, and site plan system. Planning as a tool shal be strengthened in af ordable housing development.
