摘要
目的:讨论研究通脉养心丸治疗气阴两虚血瘀型冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效与影响。方法:我院心内科冠心病室性早搏患者100例随机分为两组。A组患者使用美托洛尔进行治疗;B组在A组基础上联合使用通脉养心丸。结果:B组治疗总有效率96%高于A组88%,P<0.05。结论:临床使用通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏能够在较短时间内缓解患者不适,且患者治疗依从性高。
Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect and the influence of Tongmai Yangxin Wan on coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat. Methods：100 cases of coronary heart disease of cardiology premature beat patients in our hospital were divided into the group A and B. The group A was received metoprolol. The group B was given Tongmai Yangxin pills more. Results：The total effectiveness in the group B was 96%, better than the group A 88%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical usage of Tongmai Yangxin Wan on coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat can relieve the symptoms of patients and control the further development of the disease in a short time, and the patients have high compliance to this treatment.
