跆拳道运动对男性幼儿体适能的影响

摘要 目的通过对天津市某幼儿园20 名男性幼儿运用实验法进行为期12 周,每周3 次,每次70 分钟的跆拳道训练.实验前后分别对受试者的皮脂厚度、心功能指数(45 秒30 次蹲起)、反应时(落尺试验)、立定跳远、肺活量/体重等体适能指标进行测试.运用SPSS13.0 软件对调查问卷和实验结果的数据进行统计学处理.结果显示该运动对降低男性幼儿的皮脂厚度,提高心功能指数,提高反应时,提高立定跳远距离,提高肺活量有显著作用.
