摘要
为探讨枸骨果实色素的最佳提取工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上进行中心组合(Box-Behnken)设计,利用响应面法对其提取工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:提取时间80 min,料液比1∶30(g/m L),提取温度80℃时,枸骨果实色素吸光度预测值为0.418,实测值为0.417,两者误差较小,表明该条件组合较好。
In order to probe the optimal extraction conditions of pigment from the fruits of Ilex cornuta, based on single factor experiments, Box-Behnken central composite design (CCD) combined with response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize alcohol extraction technology of pigment from the fruits of llex cornuta. The results showed that the optimal values of crucial process conditions such as extraction time and material/liquid ratio and extraction temperature were 80 min, 1 : 30 (g/mL) and 80 ℃, respectively. Under these conditions, the pigment from the fruits ofllex cornuta absorbance was predicted to be 0.418, the actual verificion value was 0.417 which had less errors compared with the predicted value.
