摘要
目的：探讨脑瘫患儿家庭亲密度及适应性与社会支持的关系,为脑瘫患儿家庭关怀活动提供指导。方法：采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版（FACESⅡ-CV）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和自制的一般资料调查表对2013年9月~2014年8月在该院脑瘫康复中心住院的脑瘫患儿父母及同期在儿童保健门诊就诊的儿童父母进行问卷调查,剔除无效问卷后,获得脑瘫患儿父母287人,儿童保健门诊就诊儿童父母288人。结果：脑瘫患儿家庭亲密度与适应性各维度中除实际亲密度和理想亲密度外,其余维度均与儿童保健门诊的儿童家庭有差异（P〈0.01）。与儿童保健门诊儿童家庭相比较,虽然脑瘫患儿家庭获得的客观支持分较高,但获得的社会支持总分较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。家庭亲密度、适应性与社会支持相关（P〈0.01）,其中实际亲密度、理想亲密度、实际适应性、理想适应性与社会支持度呈正相关,亲密度不满意度和适应性不满意度与社会支持呈负相关。结论：脑瘫患儿家庭的亲密度与适应性状态有待改善,良好的社会支持系统能够促进脑瘫患儿家庭成员之间的情感联系,促进他们更好地适应生活中这一变故。医务人员在治疗患儿的同时,应该关注患儿家长及其家庭的环境状态,鼓励家人之间互助和自助,倡导有关机构为脑瘫患儿家庭提供相关的支持和帮助。
Objective： To explore the relationship between family intimacy, adaptation and social support among the children with cerebral palsy, provide guidance for family care activities of families with cerebral palsy children. Methods： FACES Ⅱ -CV, SSRS, and a self-designed questionnaire were used to survey the parents with cerebral palsy children from Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Center and the parents with healthy children from Child Health Care Outpatient in the hospital from September 2013 to August 2014, after rejecting invalid questionnaires, 287 parents with cerebral palsy children and 288 parents with healthy children were included in the study. Results ： Exclu- ding genuine intimacy and ideal intimacy, there were statistically significant differences in the other dimensions of family intimacy and adapt- ability between cerebral palsy children and healthy children （P〈0.01） . Compared with the families with healthy children, the score of ob- jective support among the families with cerebral palsy children was higher, but the score of social support was lower, there were statistically significant differences （ P〈0. 01 ） . Family intimacy and adaptability were correlated with social support （ P〈0. 01 ） ; genuine intimacy, ideal intimacy, actual adaptability, and ideal adaptability were positively correlated with social support; the dissatisfaction degrees of tamily inti- macy and adaptability were negatively correlated with social support. Conclusion： Intimacy and adaptability of children with cerebral palsy needs to be improved, good social support system can promote emotional ties between family members and adaptation. At the same time of treating the children with cerebral palsy, the environmental states of parents and the families with cerebral palsy children should be paid more attention to, the mutual assistance and self-help among the family members should be encouraged, relevant support and help should be pro- vided to the families with cerebral palsy children.
