重视ICU患者噬血细胞综合征的诊断和治疗 被引量：4

摘要 噬血细胞综合征（hemophagocytic syndrome,HPS）又称噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis,HLH）,自1952年首次报道以来,因临床表现多样、病程发展迅猛、病死率高而受到重视.HLH不是一种独立的疾病,是各种致病因素如遗传、免疫抑制剂、恶性肿瘤、感染等导致机体免疫功能紊乱引起的一种过度炎性反应,依照病因HLH分为原发性和继发性.
