摘要
                
                    采用α-淀粉酶和糖化酶协同制备酶解淀粉,通过单因素和正交试验优化酶解淀粉的制备工艺,采用X射线衍射光谱和扫描电镜对酶解淀粉进行表征。优化的酶解淀粉制备工艺为:m糖化酶∶mα-淀粉酶=3∶1、淀粉浆质量分数30%、p H值5.5、酶质量分数1.0%(对生淀粉干重)、反应温度45℃、反应时间24 h。采用该工艺制备的酶解淀粉,容重较淀粉原料提高了35.26%。亚麻织物经该酶解淀粉协同低聚壳聚糖防皱整理后,织物的折皱回复角、强力等性能指标均优于2D树脂,且无甲醛释放。
                
                The enzymolyzed starch is co-prepared by s-amylase and glucoamylase. The preparation con- dititions are optimized through the single factor and orthogonal experiments. The enzymolyzed starch is characterized by X ray diffraction spectrum and scanning electron microscope. The optimal preparation process is m(glucoamylase) to re(G-amylase)=3: 1, mass fraction of starch 30%, pH value 5.5, mass frac- tion of enzyme 1.0% (to dry weight of raw starch), reaction at 45 ℃ for 24 h. The prepared enzymolyzed starch features 35.26% higher bulk density than that of raw starch. The linen fabric, synergistically fin- ished with chitosan oligosaccharide and enzymolyzed starch, has higher wrinkle recovery angle and strength retention than those with 2D resin, while the former has no formaldehyde release.
