摘要
目的:观察人性化护理干预措施在肺癌根治术患者治疗中的应用效果,以期为临床护理策略提供客观的依据。方法:选择2009年6月-2013年6月就诊于笔者所在医院的肺癌患者88例作为研究观察对象,均进行肺癌根治术,自2011年12月开始笔者所在医院施行人性化护理,将入选患者根据应用护理干预措施分为观察组48例,给予个性化护理干预;对照组40例,给予常规护理干预;观察两组患者术后情况及患者对护理服务满意程度。结果:两组患者治疗前焦虑和抑郁量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑和抑郁量表评分均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意率达100%,明显高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌根治术患者给予个性化护理干预措施有利于缓解患者负面情绪,值得临床推广运用。
Objective:To observe the application effect of humanistic nursing in the treatment of patients after radical surgery of lung cancer. Method:88 patients with lung cancer who received treatment in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2013 were selected as the observation objects of this study.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=48) and the control group(n=40) according to different nursing intervention measures,the postoperative situation and patients’ satisfaction to nursing care of two groups were compared.Result:The difference between anxiety and depression scale scores of two groups before treatment was no significant difference(P〉0.05).The anxiety and depression scale score of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The patients’ satisfaction to nursing care of the the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing intervention for patients after radical surgery of lung cancer can reduce patients’ negative emotion.
