摘要 盘锦市体育中心体育场为大跨度空间张拉索膜结构屋盖体系,最大悬挑长度达41m。屋盖主索系包括内圈环向索1道和径向索,包括144道吊索、72道脊索和72道谷索。膜面布置在环索和外围钢框架之间的环形区域,膜面前端水平,后端与水平方向成夹角,整个膜面空间扭曲,并跨越72道脊索和72道谷索形成波浪起伏的曲面造型。详细介绍了从膜片加工到膜结构安装、起吊、张拉的施工整个过程以及在施工中克服的关键技术。保证了工程的质量和进度,取得了良好的社会效益。 The roof of Panjin Sports Center Stadium is the large-span spatial tensioning cable-membrane structure, whose maximum cantilevered length is 41m. The main cable system of roof includes an inner ring cable and radial cables, which include 144 sling cables, 72 dorsal cables and 72 valley cables. Membrane surface disposes in the annular area between the ring cable and the peripheral of steel frame, and the front of membrane surface is level, the back of membrane surface with horizontal direction exist angle. The entire membrane surface spatially warps, and across 72 form surface modeling. This paper describes diaphragm processing structure, lifting, tensioning of the whole process of construction and construction, which ensure the quality and progress of the project, dorsal cables and 72 valley cables to to the installation of the membrane overcome the key technologies in the and achieve good social benefits.
