摘要
中外合作办学的根本目的是引进优质教育资源,提高我国教育教学质量。在中外合作办学数量规模迅速增长的背后存在着很多问题,制约了办学质量的提高。研究中外合作办学外部质量保障体系的构建与完善,发挥政府宏观管理作用,鼓励社会各界参与监督,创造良好的外部环境,对于中外合作办学的质量提高和健康长效发展具有重要的意义。
The fundamental purpose of Sino--foreign cooperative education is to introduce educational resources of high quality and improve the educational quality of China. There are a lot of problems behind the rapid growth of Sino--foreign cooperative education, which restrict the improvement of educational quality. Its establishment and perfection of the external quality assurance system are studied. The function of the government macro management is exerted. People from all social walks of life to participate in su- pervision are encouraged. A good external environment is created. All these have been meaningful to quali- ty improvement and long--term development of Sino--foreign cooperative education.
