摘要 胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1),具有调节组织细胞增殖、分化、有丝分裂等功能。研究表明IGF1不仅参与众多疾病的发生,还参与了不同组织和器官的发育过程。对IGF1信号通路及其在机体发育中的作用进行了综述。 Insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1) is a multi-functional protein which plays the important roles in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and mitosis. Studies have shown that IGF1 is not only involved in the occurrence of many diseases, but also participated in the development process of different tissues and organs. The IGF1 signaling pathway and its roles in the development of tissues and organs are reviewed.
