摘要
玉米是舍饲奶牛日粮中主要能量来源之一,在实际生产中,通常会对其进行物理性加工处理,提高玉米营养特性。蒸汽压片是一种能显著提高玉米消化率的加工方式,对提高奶牛生产性能具有重要意义。文章对蒸汽压片玉米的营养特性及其在奶牛生产中的应用效果作以综述。
Corn is one of the main energy sources for dairy cows, in the actual production, we will be on the corn crushing and other physical processing in order to improve the nutritional characteristics of corn. Steam-flaked is a kind of processing modes that can significantly improve corn digestibility; and it has significantly important to improve the production performance of dairy cows. In this paper, nutritional characteristics of steam-flaked corn and its application effects in diets of dairy cow were summarized.
