银杏叶注射液对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者疗效及脑脊液S100B的影响 被引量:6

The curative effect of ginkgo biloba injection and S100B of cerebrospinal fluid on patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage

摘要 目的观察银杏叶注射液对外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血(tSAH)的疗效及脑脊液S100B的影响。方法80例tSAH患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶注射液,疗程14d。治疗前后采用ELISA法检测脑脊液S100B蛋白变化,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05);观察组脑脊液S100B蛋白在入院3~14d均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论银杏叶注射液对tSAH疗效显著,能明显降低脑脊液S100B蛋白水平。 Objective To observe curative effect of ginkgo biloba injection and S100 Bof cerebrospinal fluid on patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage(tSAH).Methods 80 cases with tSAH were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group received ginkgo biloba injection on the basis of control group with 14-day treatment period.The changes of cerebrospinal fluid S100 B was monitored by ELISA method before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group(P〈0.05);S100Bprotein of cerebrospinal fluid in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05)during hospital between 3to 14 days.Conclusion The curative effect of ginkgo biloba injection in treatment of the tSAH is obvious,which can reduce the level of S100 Bin cerebrospinal fluid.
