摘要
对海南特种野猪体重和体尺性状进行典型相关分析。结果表明,海南特种野猪的体重和体尺性状间存在较强的相关,其第一、第二、第三典型相关系数均达到显著或极显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),典型相关系数分别为0.946 8、0.777 0和0.364 7,占总相关的99.86%;海南特种野猪体重与体尺性状间的相关主要由初生体重、2月龄体重和6月龄体重与6月龄胸围、6月龄管围引起;在达到显著或极显著水平的3对典型变量中,体重性状的3个典型变量对6月龄体长、胸围和管围的预测能力较强,体尺性状的3个典型变量对4月龄体重和6月龄体重的预测能力较强。
In order to study the relationship between the growth and development traits in Hainan strain wild boar, its body weight and body size were studied by canonical correlation. The results showed that the body weight traits were correlated with body measurement traits of Hainan strain wild boar. The first, second and third canonical correlation coefficients were 0.946 8, 0.777 0 and 0.364 7, respectively, which represented 99.86% of the total correlation. The correlation was significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.0l ）. The correlation of body weight traits and body measurement traits was mainly between the body weight at newborn, age of 2 months, 6 months, and the chest girth, pipe circumference at age of 6 months. Among the triple double canonical variables with significant correlations, the three typical variables of weight traits well predicted body length, chest girth and pipe circumference at age of 6 months. Simultaneously the three typical variable of body measurement traits well predicted the body weight at age of 4 months and 6 months.
