摘要
复合树脂被广泛应用于各类牙体缺损的修复治疗,尽管经过多年的发展,但其仍存在力学强度不足、耐磨性差、聚合体积收缩较大等缺点,易出现断裂及继发龋导致修复治疗失败。随着纳米技术的兴起,有学者开始探索利用纳米技术更新填料、单体种类等方法进一步提高复合树脂的力学性能,降低其聚合体积收缩,提高其抗菌性能,纳米复合树脂材料也就应运而生。本文对有关纳米复合树脂材料的最新研究进展做一综述。
Composite is widely used in the treatment of all kinds of tooth defect. In spite of years of development, there is still poor mechanical strength, abrasion resistance and significant polymerization shrinkage, resulting in treatmenl failure of composite resin restoration, which is fracture and secondary caries. With the rise of nanotechnology, it has been the focus to develop nanotechnology to update fillers and monomer species to further reinforce the mechanical prop- erties of composite resins, reduce polymerization shrinkage and improve antibacterial properties.
