摘要
通过对国内外蜗杆副研究,消化、吸收,改进现有技术,将滚齿机精化成高精度蜗轮母机,并采用测量仪器监测下剃削等技术,蜗杆副精度可实现突破,解决国产单螺杆专用加工机床精度不高的技术难题。
Through the research on the domestic and foreign worm pair, the existing technique is understood, absorbed and improved. Hobbing machine is refined into the worm machine with high accuracy, with the technique of shaving monitored by measuring instrument, and then the accuracy of worm pair can achieve a breakthrough. It has solved the technical difficulty of lower accuracy of processing machine tool special for domestic single screw compressor.
