摘要
压缩机的进出口管线对受力的要求十分严格,压缩机出口管线是出现振动的最常见部位,因此关于压缩机出口管线振动的研究尤为重要。利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对离心压缩机出口管系的部分管段进行声学振动分析,计算出气柱固有频率,并与转移矩阵法进行对比,验证有限元方法可行性。以某压缩机站场的实际问题为例,介绍软件的应用及气柱固有频率计算方法,并计算热旁通支管处的涡脱频率,分析管道产生气柱共振现象的可能及危害,最终提出减小声学共振的切实有效方法。
The import and export pipelines of compressor are very strict to the requirement of stress, moreover the vibration of export pipelines often occur in service. So it is particularly important to research on outlet piping vibration of compressor. This paper, hy using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, makes acoustic vibration analysis of centrifugal compressor outlet piping. Then the gas column natural frequency is calculated, and compared with the transfer matrix method, the feasibility of the finite element method is illustrated. With an example to practical problem of a compressor station system, the application of software and the column calculating natural frequency method is introduced, the eddy frequency of hot bypass manifold is calculated, and the possibil- ity of column resonance and harm of the phenomenon is analyzed. Finally the effective and feasible method to reduce the acoustic resonance is put forward.
