摘要
对整体注塑成型前端模块的材料创新进行了介绍,重点论证采用一种新的短玻纤增强的复合材料替代传统前端模块材料的可行性。与传统的前端模块材料相比,新材料不仅能满足零件的性能要求,而且能使车身前端质量减轻,成本降低。
The application of new material on plastic injection front end module was introduced. The feasibility of using a new kind of short glass fiber reinforced composite material instead of traditional materials was analyzed. Comparing with the traditional front end module ma- terials, new material not only can meet all performance requirements of the product, but also has advantages of weight reduction and cost sav- ing.
