摘要
本文简述了罕见病的病因、特点及治疗策略,介绍了发达国家罕用药的相关政策措施,并对我国罕用药和罕见病的现状做了简单总结,提出了促进我国罕用药政策制定的建议,为国家有关部门的决策提供参考,以促进我国罕用药管理制度的实施。
This paper introduces the causes, characteristics and treatment strategies of rare diseases and describes the related policies and measures of orphan drugs in developed countries and briefly summaries the present situation of orphan drugs and rare diseases in China. Some suggestions on promoting the development of orphan drug policy in China are also proposed so as to provide a reference for the decisions of national authorities and promote the implementation of orphan drug management system in China.
