摘要
通过介绍国内生物防治领域中解淀粉芽孢杆菌的液体发酵基本情况,总结了目前发酵中多添加可溶性淀粉、葡萄糖、蔗糖、胰蛋白胨、花生饼粉、尿素、豆粕、牛肉膏、酵母膏作为碳氮源的使用可获得良好发酵结果。在发酵液中添加磷酸盐作为缓冲溶液,并加入适当的M n2+和C a2+有助于芽孢形成,对发酵中p H值水平、溶氧水平等工艺进行了综述,为后续的科研工作做了必要总结。根据目前国内研究情况,提出应努力应用更多先进的统计学分析手段,指导发酵技术。应进一步探讨通过实时调控发酵条件来控制发酵结果,应用连续发酵等技术,进一步发展解淀粉芽孢杆菌的液体发酵技术。
By introducing liquid starch Bacillus fermentation solution in the field of domestic biocontrol basic situation, this paper reviews the soluble starch, glucose, sucrose, tryptone, peanut meal, urea, soybean meal, beef extract, yeast extract as the use of carbon and nitrogen sources and get a good result of fermentation in the current fermentation. Add broth as phosphate buffer solution, and add the appropriate Mn2+and Ca2+to help sporulation. The pH level, dissolved oxygen levels and other processes in fermentation were reviewed, serving as the necessary follow-up research. According to the current situation of domestic research, efforts should be made on more sophisticated statistical analysis application tools, guidance fermentation technology. Further exploration should be done through real-time regulation of fermentation conditions to control the fermentation results, apply continuous fermentation technology, advances in the development of the liquid fermentation technology of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
