电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定石油焦中18种金属元素 被引量:17

Determination of eighteen metal elements in petroleum coke by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 以硝酸为溶剂,采用微波消解法处理样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定石油焦中锂、钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镉、锑、铅等金属元素的分析方法。研究表明:实验所用超纯水和含HNO3(φ=2.5%)的空白溶液对分析结果的影响均可忽略不计;利用碰撞/反应池(CRC)系统,分别采用氦碰撞模式(氦气流速为5.2mL/min)、氢反应模式(氢气流速为5.8mL/min)和普通模式,可有效地消除多原子离子质谱干扰;采用内标元素45Sc、72 Ge、89 Y、115In、209Bi校正了基体效应,提高了分析方法的准确性。各元素线性关系良好,线性相关系数不小于0.999 7,方法的检出限为11.2~216.7ng/L。采用实验方法对石焦油样品中18种金属元素进行测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)在1.5%~4.1%之间,加标回收率在91%~110%之间。方法应用于3批石油焦实际样品分析,结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法一致。 The sample was treated by microwave digestion technique with HNO3 as solvent. A method for simultaneous determination of trace metal elements (Li, Na, Mg, A1, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Sb and Pb) in petroleum coke by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS) was established. The results indicated that the influence of ultra pure water and HNO3 (9= 2.5O//oo) blank solution was negligible. The collsion reaction cell (CRC) was used by introducing helium (flow rate: 5.2 mL/min) and hydrogen (flow rate.. 5.8 mL/min) to eliminate the interference of polyatomic ions. The analytical accuracy was further improved by on-line addition of internal standard elements (45 Sc, 72Ge, 89y, 115in and ~~gBi). The linear relationship was good, and the correlation coefficient was no less than 0. 999 7. The detection limits were in the range of 11.2-216.7 ng/L, the recoveries of standard addition were in the range of 91%-110% and the RSD were 1.5%-4.1%. The method was applied to 3 batches of petroleum coke, and the results were in accordance with those obtained by ICP-AES.
