摘要
目的观察社区儿童基础免疫现状,并探讨其主要影响因素。方法查阅成都市社区儿童预防接种登记资料,采用系统抽样法对社区儿童父母进行问卷调查。结果社区儿童5种疫苗接种率均高于96%;主要影响因素为父母受教育程度以及对预防接种知识的认知状况、预防接种点技术水平和服务态度、社区对预防接种知识的宣传力度。结论社区对儿童基础免疫知识的宣传力度需进一步加大,儿童家长对预防接种知识的认知水平应进一步提高;预防接种点提高技术水平、改善服务态度,有助于提高接种率。
Objective To study the immune status of community children and its main influencing factors. Methods Collected the community children＇s vaccination data in Chengdu and the community children＇s guardian were systematic sampled and investigated by questionnaire. Results Basic immunization rates of community children were higher than 96%, but still needed to be further improved. The main influence factors that affect vaccination of the community children were the educational level of children＇s guardian and understanding degree of vaccination knowledge,convenience and service attitude. Conclusion The propaganda of basic immunization knowledge needs to further strengthen in community,to improve the recognition of vaccination. Service attitude is helpful to improve the vaccination rates.
