摘要
综合评价低温胁迫对葡萄砧木及栽培品种枝条抗寒性的影响,以1种葡萄砧木及3个葡萄栽培品种为试验材料,测定不同低温处理枝条相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,以及丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量,分析生理指标变化趋势。结果表明,葡萄枝条相对电导率随温度降低均呈现递增趋势,应用Logistic方程建立回归模型,确定半致死温度-20.7^-36.8℃;SOD和POD活性均先上升后下降,MDA、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量均呈现上升趋势;根据隶属函数法综合评判得出供试材料抗寒性强弱依次为贝达>无核白>红地球>力扎马特,与葡萄枝条抗寒性关系密切的生理指标为相对电导率、可溶性糖和MDA。试验可为葡萄丰产优质抗寒栽培、种质筛选和新品种培育提供理论依据。
The branches of one grape rootstock and three grape varieties were used as experimental materials, relative electrical conductivity, activities of SOD and POD, and contents of MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline were investigated on different low temperature conditions. Results showed that relative electrical conductivity increased with the lowering of the temperature, regression model was established by using Logistic equation, and it was determined that lethal dose-50 temperature was from-20.7 to-36.8 ℃. Activities of SOD and POD increased first and then declined, while contents of MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline increased with the lowering of the temperature. By the comprehensive evaluation with subordinate function, the order of varieties regarding the tolerance to the cold was Beta〉Thompson Seedless〉Red Globe〉Rizamat. The physiological indices with close relation to the cold resistance of grape branches were relative electrical conductivity, soluble sugar and MDA. The results would provide a theoretical foundation to some extent for the cultivation of good harvest, high quality and cold resistance, germ plasm filter, breeding of new variety in grape.
