摘要
二元复合驱提高采收率技术在稠油油藏中应用广泛,而波及效率是影响采收率的重要因素之一,但之前在研究提高采收率时能定量描述波及效率的却很少。文中基于普通稠油油藏,根据贝克莱 ̄列维尔特驱油理论(B ̄L理论)以及含水率与含水饱和度关系,推导出一维条件下提高波及效率的理论公式,利用一维物理模拟实验,探究波及效率的3个影响因素,即流度比、非均质性、界面张力。结果表明:聚合物黏度越大,流度比越小,提高波及效率越好;非均质性显著影响二元复合驱波及效率;界面张力对二元复合驱的波及效率几乎无影响,但是由于界面张力对驱油效率影响很大,其数量级应在10-6N/m。在物模实验结果基础上,提出一种聚合物 ̄表面活性剂二元复合驱提高波及体积的数学模型。数值模拟验证结果表明,该模型拟合程度较高,与实际现场预测对比,该模型虽存在误差,但能起到一定的预测指导作用。
Surfactant-polymer displacement system is widely used to enhance oil recovery in heavy oil reservoir.Sweep efficiency is one of the important factors that enhance oil recovery,but very few scholars have studied it quantitatively.Based on surfactantpolymer displacement system for heavy oil reservoir,considering water cut and saturation,the 1D sweep efficiency formula is deducted.Three factors of expanding sweep efficiency such as mobility ratio,heterogeneity,interfacial tension,have been studied.The result indicates that the greater the viscosity of polymer is,the smaller the mobility ratio is,the better sweep efficiency is;heterogeneity affects sweep efficiency;interfacial tension has little effect on sweep efficiency,but it does have great effect on oil displacement efficiency; the order of magnitude of the interfacial tension is preferably around E-6 N/m.Based on the physical model experiment,a mathematical model of improving sweep efficiency by surfactant-polymer displacement system is established,and the results are verified by numerical simulation.Comparing with the in-situ tests,the error of mathematical model is small and it can play a role in forecasting.
