摘要
目的建立海马中药材的高效薄层鉴别系统,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供有效方法。方法以胆固醇和胆甾4-烯-3-酮为对照品,对海马中药材进行薄层鉴别,并考察不同提取方式,不同展开系统、不同点样量、不同薄层板、不同显色剂对海马药材薄层色谱的影响。结果经优化后的高效薄层色谱条件,海马药材鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强,分离效果好。结论该方法简单可行,重复性好,可作为海马药材的有效鉴别方法之一。
Objective To establish a sensitive and specific High performance thin - layer chromatography (HPTLC) method for controlling the quality of Hippocampus herbs. Methods Use the cholesterol and Cholest - 4 - en - 3 - one as the reference substances to identify the hippocampus herbs by HPTLC. Extraction methods, development system, sample volume, thin plate, different reagents and so on, are considered as factors which affected the results of separation. Results After optimization of conditions, the results show that spots are clear, with high - specificity and good separation. Conclusion The established method is feasible, reproducible, and can be provided the foundation by HIYFLC identifying for Hippocampus herbs for the new pharmacopeia.
