摘要
目的:为应对社会经济的快速发展和人民群众卫生需求的日益增长,研发基于互联网的移动辅助诊疗系统。方法:以南京医科大学第一附属医院与南京理工大学医院展开的支气管哮喘社区干预研究项目为背景,深入考察呼吸科临床诊疗特性,设计并实现了一款基于Android的移动呼吸科辅助诊疗系统。结果:该系统包含了常用的呼吸科临床诊疗模块,可以运行在多种移动终端设备上。结论:实际应用结果表明,所实现的呼吸科辅助诊疗系统稳定性高、界面友好、操作方便,显著减少医生的工作量,使医生实现移动化办公,提升工作效率。
Objective: With the rapid development of social economy and people's growing health demands, respiratory assisted surgery system based on mobile Internet has become an urgent need. Methods: In this study, we design and implement an Android-based mobile respiratory assisted surgery system (AM-RASS) under the in-depth investigation of the characteristics of respiration clinical diagnosis and treatment. Results: The implemented software system consists of eight modules that are necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory patients, and can run on a variety of mobile terminal equipments. Conclusions: The results of practical application show that AM-RASS achieves high stability, friendly interface and easy operation. Importantly, AM-RASS can significantly reduce the workload of doctors, allow doctors to realize mobile office and improve their work efficiency.
