摘要
目的：分析乳酸菌胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效。方法研究对象选取本院2014年8月～2015年3月收治的60例萎缩性阴道炎患者，随机方法分组。甲组患者接受雌三醇软膏阴道涂抹治疗，乙组患者接受雌三醇软膏涂抹＋乳酸菌胶囊置阴道联合治疗。对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效的差异性，并对比临床症状评分。结果治疗后，乙组患者总有效率明显高于甲组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。乙组患者各项临床症状评分明显优于甲组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论乳酸菌胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎疗效显著，有利于促进症状消退。
Objective To analyze the efifcacy of the treatment of atrophic vaginitis lactobacillus capsules.MethodsSelected 60 cases of atrophic vaginitis patients from August 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,randomly grouped. Group A patients received estriol vaginal smear ointment treatment, patients receiving B add ointment estriol vaginal lactobacillus capsules set combination therapy. Compared two groups of patients after treatment differences in clinical efifcacy and comparative clinical symptom scores.Results After treatment, patients in Group B was significantly higher than the total efifciency of Group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The clinical symptom score was significantly better than Group A Group B patients, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionTreatment of atrophic vaginitis lactobacillus capsules significant effect, and promoting the symptoms subside, can be recommended to use.
