摘要
目的探究心理护理在剖腹围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年7月-2014年11月期间收治的64例剖腹产孕妇,按照抽签法将其分为观察组以及对照组,予以对照组常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加心理护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果两组孕妇经过护理后,其观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度,两组间经过对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对剖腹产患者在手术前进行心理护理,有利于患者安全度过手术期,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in perioperation period of cesarean section application.MethodsSelected 64 cases of cesarean section in pregnant women treated in our hospital from 2012 July to 2014 November, according to the lottery divided into the observation group and the control group, routine nursing care to control group, the observation group based on routine nursing psychological nursing care. Compare patient’s satisfaction degree of two groups.ResultsAfter care of the two groups of pregnant women, the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of the control group with statistical signiifcance （P＆lt;0.05） between the two groups after comparison. ConclusionThe psychological nursing before operation for cesarean section patients is conducive to patient safety during the period of operation and has the value of clinical application.
