摘要
粉体物料混合在工业上应用十分广泛。混合效果的好坏直接决定着产品的质量,所以对粉体物料进行高效混合非常重要。由于混合过程中粉体的运动十分复杂,如何正确的评价物料的混合效果一直是研究的热点和难点。本文总结了粉体物料的混合原理,混合均匀度的评价方法和会对混合均匀度评价产生影响的因素,分析了各种混合效果评价方法的主要特点,并展望了粉体物料混合均匀度评价的发展前景。
Powder mixture is widely used in industry. The power mixed effect directly determines the quality of the product,so it is important to make the powder fully mixed. Because of the complexity of the mixing process,the research showed that how to evaluate the mixing effect had been a hot and difficulty issue. The mixing mechanism of the powder,the evaluation methods of mixing effect and the factors influencing the evaluation mixing effect summarized. The advantage and disadvantageof each evaluation methods of mixing effect were analyzed. The powder material mixing uniformityevaluation was prospected.
