摘要
变电站蓄电池核对性放电工作量非常大,要每2年进行一次,两次测试时间间隔太长,期间难保证蓄电池组不出现安全问题。本文从测试性放电及蓄电池内阻测试方面,研究基于阶梯式放电的蓄电池维护技术,详细介绍该方法的原理、构成、设计和建立判断蓄电池健康状况的数学模型。应用表明,该方法操作简单可靠,大大简化了维护人员的工作量,而且能有效地判断蓄电池健康状况,具有良好的实用和推广意义。
Tradional checkup discharge for the accumulator of substation takes huge amount of workload, and in addition, it must be done once in two years, and an security problem of the accumulator may occur in the duration. This paper analyses a method of accumulator maintaining which is based on staged discharge in the aspect of testing discharge and accumulator internal resistance test. The theorem, composition, designing of the method are introduced in detail and it establishes a mathematical model about estatmating the health conditions of accumulator. The application in practice indicates that the method mentioned above is simple and reliable. As well it is able to estimate the health conditions of accumulator efficiently, which has high practical and spreading significance.
