气相色谱-质谱法检测染发剂残留的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨染色的发样中2,5-二氨基甲苯,间苯二胺,对苯二胺、二苯胺和邻苯二胺等5种组分的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。方法:将染色过的发样清洗剪碎后,先用2mol/L的氢氧化钠消化分解,超声处理40min,再水浴(37℃)继续消解6h。取出后用乙酸乙酯萃取5min,有机物层进样。结果:本研究优化了染色发样的预处理方法,建立了同时检测染色发样中5种残留组分的GC-MS检测方法。结论:此方法简单快速,可推荐用于检测染色发样中残留的染发剂含量。
