摘要 目的分析糖原合成酶激酶-3β(Gsk-3β)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达情况,并进一步探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测35例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤,11例卵巢浆液性交界性瘤和18例浆液性腺癌组织中Gsk-3β的表达情况,进而分析Gsk-3β在卵巢浆液性肿瘤中的表达意义。结果Gsk-3β在浆液性囊腺瘤、卵巢浆液性交界性瘤、卵巢浆液性腺癌中的阳性率分别为65.71%、45.45%、22.22%,三者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 Gsk-3β在卵巢浆液性肿瘤出现阳性表达,并且存在差异性,其机制可能与wnt/β-catenin信号通路的调控有关。 Objective To analyze the expression of glycogen synthase kinase-3β( Gsk-3β) in serous tumor of ovary,and further explore its significance. Methods The expression of Gsk-3β were detected by immunohistochemisty in 35 cases of benign serous tumot,11 cases of borderline serous tumor and 18 cases of ovarian serous carcinoma and to further study the significance of Gsk-3β in ovary serous tumors. Results The positivity rates of Gsk-3βin benign serous tumor,borderline serous tumor and ovarian serous carcinoma were65. 21%,45. 25%,23. 22%,there was significant difference between them,P〈0. 05. Conclusions The positive expression of Gsk-3β appears in benign ovarian serous tumor and there is difference and expression in borderline ovarian tumor and ovarian serous carcinoma which may be associated with Wnt / β-catenin.
