摘要
通过配伍性选盐及流变性测试,开发了一种耐温达150℃、密度达1.312 2 g/cm^3的羧甲基羟丙基胍胶加重压裂液,可满足5 500-6 000 m深井施工需求,与其他体系相比可降低施工压力18 MPa,为深井压裂提供了一条有效途径。
A carboxymethyl-hydroxypropyl guar gum weighted fracturing fluid system of the density as high as 1. 312 2 g / cm^3 that can resist high temperature of up to 150 ℃ was developed via compatibility experiment and rheology test. This fracturing fluid system can be used for the construction of deep well that is 5 500 m to6 000 m in depth,and as compared with the cases in which other fracturing fluid systems are used,the construction pressure can be reduced by 18 MPa when this fracturing fluid system is used. The application of this fracturing fluid system is an effective means for deep well fracturing operation.
